At Oru Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original boxing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
